1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 502jl ("502jl," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the 502jl website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise using any part of the 502jl platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the 502jl Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the 502jl Services.

These Terms apply to all users of the 502jl platform across the Philippines, including Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, and all other regions.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the 502jl platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. 502jl strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming through a PAGCOR-licensed operator is lawful at the time you access the platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of 502jl or its affiliated companies and game providers.
• You must not be under a self-exclusion agreement, whether issued by 502jl or through PAGCOR's responsible gaming programs.
• You may hold only one (1) active account on the 502jl platform. Registration of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 502jl reserves the right to verify your identity, age, and address at any time as required by its PAGCOR licensing obligations, and to suspend or close accounts where verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 502jl account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any other person.
• Notify 502jl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Ensure that you log out of your 502jl account after each session when using a shared or public device.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.

502jl will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. All transactions completed through a valid login session will be deemed authorised by the account holder.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 502jl platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits: 502jl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may be updated by 502jl at any time with notice to users.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. Processing times vary by payment method; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• Verification: 502jl may require identity verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, in accordance with PAGCOR's anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in delay or refusal of the withdrawal request.
• Currency: All balances, bets, wins, and transaction records on 502jl are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 502jl does not accept foreign currency deposits.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or wager activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an administrative fee, as detailed in 502jl's fee schedule published on the platform.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

502jl offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all 502jl bonuses unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements are stated in full at the time each bonus is offered.
• Bonuses are awarded for entertainment purposes and do not constitute a right to withdraw. Only winnings generated after satisfying the applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• 502jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress.
• Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms.
• Abuse of the 502jl bonus system — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of errors — will result in cancellation of the bonus, recovery of bonus-derived winnings, and may result in account closure.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on 502jl are governed by individual game rules published within each game. In the event of a conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game.

502jl's random number generator (RNG) systems are independently certified for fairness and randomness. Live dealer games are operated by certified studios under monitored conditions. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all 502jl games are published in the respective game information panels.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, 502jl's records of game outcomes shall be final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process set out below. 502jl reserves the right to void bets that were placed during a demonstrable technical error.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 502jl platform:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register on your behalf.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit game rules.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law or PAGCOR's regulatory requirements.
• Accessing the platform using another person's account credentials.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the 502jl platform's software or security systems.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or offensive communication directed at 502jl staff or other players.

502jl reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited conduct, suspend accounts pending investigation, and permanently close accounts found to have engaged in prohibited conduct. Balances associated with prohibited conduct may be forfeited and reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 502jl platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, trademarks, and audiovisual materials — is the property of 502jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 502jl platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any 502jl content without prior written authorisation from 502jl.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• 502jl provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• 502jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.
• 502jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 502jl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• 502jl shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including network outages, payment gateway failures, force majeure events, or regulatory action by PAGCOR or other authorities.

Nothing in these Terms limits 502jl's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Responsible Gaming

502jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming among Filipino players. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• Age Restriction: The 502jl platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. This requirement is enforced through age verification at registration and at withdrawal.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Limits: Players may set time-based session limits to control the duration of their gaming sessions on 502jl.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to stop gaming may request self-exclusion through the 502jl responsible gaming settings or by contacting 502jl support. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no new account may be registered.

11. Suspension & Termination

502jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy age or identity verification requirements.
• Suspected fraudulent, dishonest, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Instruction or requirement from PAGCOR or any competent legal authority.
• A player's voluntary request for account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon termination of an account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified PHP balance remaining in the account will be refunded to the player's registered payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal verification requirements. Balances associated with accounts closed for breach of these Terms may be forfeited.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. 502jl operates under the regulatory authority of PAGCOR, and any regulatory disputes shall be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes as applicable.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or account matter, players must first submit a formal complaint to 502jl's customer support team. 502jl will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 14 business days. Players who remain dissatisfied after the internal resolution process may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR.

13. Amendments

502jl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via their registered mobile number or email address, and will be posted on the 502jl website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the 502jl platform following notice of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure.
